Leviton SDX fiber adapter plates are used in conjunction with SDX panels or enclosures (rack- or wall-mount) to provide a means to connect backbone to backbone or backbone to horizontal fiber cabling. SDX fiber adapter plates are offered in LC, SC, and ST versions.

The SDX adapter plate shall be modular and functional for use in an SDX panel or enclosure (rack- or wall-mount). The adapter plate shall be offered in LC, SC, and ST styles in 6, 12, or 24 fiber configurations. The adapter plate shall be compliant with ANSI/TIA-568.3-D (for performance) and respective ANSI/TIA-604-X (for interpretability) standards. Adapter plates shall use zirconia ceramic sleeves and be offered in standard fiber-type colors pursuant to ANSI/TIA568.3-D standards. The adapter and plate shall be integrated to eliminate “rattle” and loose fit. Adapter plates shall be TAA-compliant.

The unit is eligible for a one-time, same-item replacement within seven (7) days from the date of receipt or delivery, subject to the following conditions:
✓ The item must be in its original, unused condition.
✓ All original packaging and accessories must be included.
✓ A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
