Single-Gang QuickPort Wallplate with ID Windows, 2-Port, White
Leviton single-gang and dual-gang wallplates accept QuickPort snap-in modules to support multimedia station applications with 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 12 ports. Use where port designation windows in a single-gang or dual-gang economical flush-mount housing is desired. Available in five colors: white, light almond, gray, ivory, and black.

The wallplate housing shall be a one-piece, single dual-gang flush-mount style that fits standard NEMA openings and accommodates low-voltage box eliminators for a flush mount. It shall provide 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 ports. It must be able to accept all Leviton QuickPort modules. The wallplate shall feature clear port ID windows. It must be made of high-impact, fire retardant plastic rated UL 94V-0, and be cULus Listed and compliant with ANSI/TIA-568-C.0 specifications. Colors, port counts, and configurations are to be specified per schedule on the plan. Wallplate screws shall match wallplate color.
